  Hello, I’m customizing my website, but I’m unable to change the video of my homepage. I’ve tried to find information and help but I can’t change it. I would appreciate a little bit of guidance. Thank you <3

  I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your kozmicbluesdesign.com site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.

  The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  Otherwise, you may want to contact the theme author for OceanWP for further support.
