Video Host – Vimeo – YouTube? Or others

  Is there a reason why I should use Vimeo, YouTube or another host for some videos I need to make? Is one of them “better” or “worse” for specific uses. I do see that Vimeo requires them to be my own work and no TV clips (these will be my own work).

  They are voice over PowerPoint presentations they will be 10 to 15 minutes in length covering different aspects of boating safety.

  I prefer Vimeo because Youtube adds advertisement to the videos… Bottom line it’s really a preference choice

  I used Vimeo – went well and I was able to upload two presentations and get them into my site – the only problem was a Tag that was too long and took a moment to figure that out.
