Video Image Quality

  I’m exporting an MP4 video file from Adobe Lightroom 5 including audio. I’ve purchased the VideoPress upgrade and uploaded the file to my blog. My problem is that when I replay the video inside my blog, at full-screen, which is the size it needs to be for my use, even at HD, the image quality is much less than what I get running the video outside of WordPress in just Windows. Is there a way to improve the quality at all?
