  Good afternoon,
  I don’t mean to whine. I know you’re doing what you can, but as a school newspaper, we occasionally enter contests, and I just got contacted by one of the judges who said she could not access two of our videos. I quickly put them on Youtube and sent the links (and added the links to the WordPress posts). This has added to my concerns somewhat.

  Do you think if I changed themes, that might help? When I’m logged in to WordPress, I don’t have any issues seeing the videos and slideshows.

  A little update: the developers confirmed that there’s a bug within the theme. You might want to temporarily switch themes until it’s fixed.
