Video loading slowly

    I have a video in my hero section, with a background fallback image for mobile. On desktop, the video loads slowly resulting in the background fallback image showing briefly before the video loads.

    Hey there, videos can definitely be slow to load on a cellular data connection. Alternatives may be to force the entire page to load before anything displays, or maybe just not displaying the video on mobile at all (so it doesn’t eat up people’s cellular data.) You might check in with your theme’s support to see what they recommend.
