Video loads to post but does not play in preview or when posted? I have recently purchased WP-video.

Hi there,
I just reviewed your Media Library and didn’t see any uploaded videos. Have you deleted the videos which you had previously uploaded, or did they not complete the upload process?
If you could please re-upload, I’ll take a look and see what’s going wrong!
