Video malfunction

    Video stays in processing mode on site for hours. Cannot properly upload.

    Hi Tanya,

    I just took a look in your media library under videos and it looks like there are quite a few videos in there, as recently as an hour before you wrote in. Would you mind taking a look and seeing if that’s the video which you were trying to upload? It could be that the uploader had finished but for some reason hadn’t notified you.
