Video not playing from Thumbnail

  Can anyone tell me why the thumbnail on my homepage at http://golftoursabroad.com won’t launch the video URL? The thumb is linked to a post that has a Youtube Video. When the thumb is clicked on the home page it expands to a larger image of the video & player but it doesn’t seem to have the URL connected hence the video doesn’t run. I’d be grateful of any ideas. … Mark
