Video not processed. Error code 5??

  Support is closed on Saturday, but I need help now. My Quicktime movie cannot upload for some reason. It is barely 30 sec. long and not very big and it has the .mov extension and works fine in other applications. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be? I tried both Flash and the Browser uploader.
