Video Not Showing Main Blog Page

I posted a You Tube video on my blog and when you go to my main blog page, you cannot see the video. You have to click on the blog entry link which takes you to a page to view it. Why doesn’t the video show on the front page??

The theme you chose called Hemingway has a template that is coded to show only truncated posts on the front page. If you want youtubes on your front page the only solution is to change themes.

Changing the CSS will not actually help in this situation because the code itself stops the posts from showing on the main page and not the CSS.

@ cronies {she bangs her head on the computer screen} please stop. The answer I gave was the correct one. Unless you have a tried and true set of specific instructions or an answer you know for sure is correct please do not answer forum posts.

Be nice timethief. While Cronies is not always giving the perfect answers, they are just trying to help like the rest of us here.

IMO his sincerity counts for diddly squat because he does not give correct answers the majority of the time. He has spent the last 2 months giving off base – off topic answers. IMO there’s a line between being “nice” to him and “enabling” the creation of a patterned behaviour. And from what I can tell the regulars answering questions on the forum are beginning to feel annoyed by the patterned behaviour that has developed. If you read it different so-be-it. -
I strongly support referring off-base posters to the correct information, and I speak as one quite often corrected myself.
