Video not showing up on home page

  Video has stopped showing up on the home page—there is just a blank space—although it still shows up on permalink page.

  I suspect this issue is connected with the apparent recent elimination by WordPress of ‘older posts’ pages in favor of a dynamic extension of the home page that loads when needed. The post in question is so loaded, but without its video.

  The post in question is “The Bright Lights of the Big City from Space”, now about the 12th or 13th post from the top.

  Theme is Coraline.
