Video not uploading

  I paid for the videopress upgrade but it hasn’t worked thus far — trying to upload a 90-second video from my computer but has been hung for over an hour.

  Is this normal?

  The green bars at the bottom show it ‘completed’ after a couple minutes but since then it’s just been sitting there in the ‘add video’ screen.
