Video not uploading

    I have the video press and space upgrade; yet when I drag my mp4, 250mb video into the uploader, the bar gets to 100% but nothing ever happens. When I use the browser uploader absolutely nothing happens, no matter how long I leave it.

    Hi Matt- this might have to do with your connection speed. Sometimes large files time out before they upload. Can you give it a try with another video file? I’ve also sent you an email requesting you reply with the original video file attached, so that I can see if I have any trouble with it on my end.
