Video Playback Issues

  I have placed the video links in my blog just as explained in the media section of help. They are there and play audio just fine but no picture, just a black screen. I searched the forums and found a post that said to un-check the ‘play videos from free source’ box in settings but that box was not checked. So I am still at square one, any suggestions.
