video plugin needed for my site.

  Hi Friends,

  I have been breaking my head to get the video plugin for wordpress site I am working on. I even tried many suggested plugin.. Unfortunately none doesn’t work for me..

  My Requirements is this.

  I need a plugin, using which i can upload any video file like wmv,mp4,flv from local computer or from url and can post it on my blog.. That page should have preview of that uploaded video (not a static image for all videos..Thats is not acceptable). when I click on that, it should start playing.. Or auto-play for uploaded video contents is also fine..

  I have tried as much as I can.. Finally I decided to give up and ask you believing that, my problem would get resolved even faster with your help.
