video posting not working, not showing video–only showing link??

  Please help me figure this out?? Trying to post a kickstarter video in one of my posts but only the link is showing up. Was having other issues too, and had to work around them, but not all of my writers know how to do that.

  WordPress.com is currently supported embedding videos from YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr, DailyMotion, Viddler, Blip.tv, TED Talks, and Videolog. That’s not a supported Video type listed here so you have to try using Vodpod. You can post just about any video to your WordPress.com blog using Vodpod’s “Post to WordPress“ bookmarklet.
