Video posts sent to subscribers

  I sometimes include a video from Youtube in my posts. It shows up great on my blog and works just fine, but I’ve noticed that the video is not included in the email to subscribers to my blog. Here’s what is included in the email:

  http://youtu.be/mNfSKMlNquE (from my latest post)

  To see the actual video, the subscriber has to click on the post title which then directs them to my blog. I would prefer the actual video show up in the email sent to subscribers. Is that even possible?
