Video Recorder not working

    I have installed a Video Whisper plugin in WordPress…the plugin is Video Recorder and when I activate it, the web cam comes on and I can see my image on the screen, but it says “Please wait. Connecting”. But it stays stuck forever in that mode. When we check our WordPress Video Comments on the settings page, we see the following messages below….it appears that the faac codec is missing…however, we installed everything in the ffmpeg installation package onto the server so we are wondering is it possible that I can configure something on the WordPress side of things:

    – ffmpeg: Detected
    – h264 codec: Detected ( D V D h264_vdpau H.264 / AVC / MPEG-4 AVC / MPEG-4 part 10 (VDPAU acceleration))
    – faac codec: Missing: please configure and install ffmpeg with libfaac
    – speex codec: Detected ( DEA D libspeex libspeex Speex)
    – nellymoser codec: Detected ( DEA D nellymoser Nellymoser Asao)
    – ffmpeg2theora: Detected

    Any help would be appreciated.

    You’re in the wrong forum and need to be asking at WordPress.ORG, where the software you can add plugins to is supported. You can’t add plugins to a Wp.com blog.
