Video Sharing site plugin

  I am looking to for a really good plugin (another way) to create a video sharing site using wordpress. It needs to be customizable for layout and the ability to add things. Users on my site need to have the ability to post videos (through mobile app). It needs to have a main page that is a stream of all the latest videos posted as well. Users will have a profile page with all their videos etc. and other users can “follow” other users where they can see them in main page under a tab for followed videos.

  can anyone help?

  There is no FTP access to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into free hosted wordpress.com blogs.

  I just realized I didnt specify. I am planning on hosting the site myself. Do you know any solutions?
