Video size wrong

  Hi, I bought the Video upgrade and have tried uploading some video material I want on my blog. However, it’s encoding the video to the wrong size.

  I want my videos to be 650px wide. I set my content width option to 650, and have manually set the CSS to make the content area be this.

  But when I upload a video it continues to encode it to a 400 or 420 widge. If I manually set the code to w=650, it just scales up the lower res version.

  What am I doing wrong?
