  My sound does not work when I upload videos to my wordpress blog

  Are you uploading videos or linking to videos from off your site?

  I found a YouTube video in Christian Yoga Fun Run and there was sound in it.

  That is an example of an embedded video not uploaded. Uploaded means you have created a video and you are transferring it for storage and playing on the WordPress.com server for your account, much like uploading an image or file. If you are having problems with a post you haven’t published with a video in it, please be specific as to if the video was uploaded or embedded to help us better answer your question.

  If that is the video you are having trouble with, please check your computer’s sound settings as it works from my end.
