Video still is not uploaded?

  Yesterday afternoon I purchased Video press for $60 per year. I went to upload a video and in my media library folder it still says that it’s being processed and will take a couple of minutes? I loaded it over 12 hours ago? What can I do to speed this up. This is an unacceptable amount of time for a paid service! Overall I love wordpress but this has been very disappointing. Please advise. This is a service that I plan to use a lot.

  From what I can determine, it seems that a file with a .mov extension was uploaded, twice, but is, in fact a Jpeg image. Could you check that you are uploading the correct movie, that plays on your computer?
