video still processing after 3 days?

I have videopress upgrade, and uploaded two .mov files that were about 890 MB 3 days ago. Both videos played yesterday, but one of them won’t play today. The media library says both videos are still processing. Do I need to upload smaller files, use a different format, or does it usually take several days for a large video file to fully process? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks.

At least one other person has reported this. All I can do is tag this for staff so that hopefully they will see it and respond. They are out of the office until the 19th, but they are monitoring the forums.

    Hello,

I see that the videos are currently displaying properly. Did you reupload them? I don’t see any record of a stuck transcode in our system.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I did edit down the video files to about 250 MB each. They were two 30-minute video clips, and I broke them down to four 15-minute video clips. Now they are playing fine. I am grateful for Videopress and still think it is a great service! It’s the only service that will appropriately play my powerpoint movies with video clips, even if I have to cut them down to smaller size clips!
