  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. So we don’t have any control over how it works.

  Support for the version of WordPress you’re using is provided by the WordPress.org community, who makes that software, in their forums here:

  That said, many mobile browsers don’t support the HTML <video> tag, or support only some features or some video formats. So if I had to guess, I’d say that is most likely what is going on here.
