  How do I share the video tutorials for managing/writing posts with our employees?

  What is the URL of your site?

  Note that about 30% of those who post here daily are posting to wrong support forum and the answers to wordpress.COM and WordPress.ORG support questions are not the same.

  We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. We cannot provide support for sites that are not on our servers. Our support docs do not apply to

  (3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page. That support is found at http://jetpack.com/support/

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, run different theme versions of themes with the same names, and many people get confused about the two.   I have a WP account as the administrator of our website, but I don’t want to have to share my WP password with others. As a test, when I copy the video URL and forward it to myself, it asks for email and password. Do our employees need to just sign up for their own account? Does that cost them? or is there a way to include them on mine?

  I cannot provide any accurate answers to any support at all unless or until you post the URL starting with http:// of the exact site in question.
