I can use the link in the blog and play the video on the blog here > http://seis68ocho.wordpress.com/2010/03/20/sesongstart-windsurfing-i-hafrsfjord/
I don’t know what you mean by “Facebook link” as I can’t find one on that post.

It is a video in the post Totembu as well.
I have linked the blog to my facebook, everytime I’m posting a new post it appears on my facebook profil. And in that link, you can see the video??

I cannot see the video on your Facebook Profile page. There are 5 methods that you can choose from that will import snippets of your wordpress.com posts and links to them into Facebook fan pages found in this article > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/01/12/importing-wordpress-com-post-snippets-into-a-facebook-fan-page/
Also you might be able to work around this by using the Facebook Notes Import feature > http://www.facebook.com/help/?faq=12431 -
But I see it, and my familymembers see it…. ? But they don not see it in my post – if they don’t go via facebook.
Don’t you see any links to my blog in my profil in facebook? it suppose to be quite a few…

The problem is not the facebook, but the fact that no one sees the video, if they do not go via facebook. Just to be clear :)

Yes, I do understand what you are saying the problem is. I’m using a Firefox 3.6 browser. I’m in Canada and I can see the videos on the blog in the blog posts.
There is a sticky post at the head of this forum and I’m wondering if you and your users are Sky broadband subscribers, as other bloggers are experiencing problems. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/wordpresscom-image-access-problems-for-sky-broadband-subscribers?replies=1
