  I have a premium plan and I have uploaded video on my site. I am now getting an error message saying I need to upgrade my plan to Premium. BUt, I’ve paid for premium already. Is there a GB limit or something I am not aware of?

  Hi there,

  All WordPress.com plans are subscription-based. In other words, the plan has to be renewed every month, year, or two years, depending on which option you chose when you bought the plan.

  You bought a one-year Premium Plan on 11 September 2020, and that plan expired on 11 September 2021. It was subsequently removed on 19 September, so currently your site is on the free plan. It looks like the credit card you used to buy the plan expired in July, which would explain why we couldn’t auto-renew it for you. You should have received several reminder emails before the plan expired – if you didn’t see those, your email provider likely filtered them as spam.

  To continue uploading video files to your site, you can re-purchase the premium plan by going to My Site ->Upgrades.
