Video Upload Difficulty

  I’m having difficulty uploading my video to wordpress. I have the videopress upgrade. The file I’m attempting to upload is 538 MB .mov file. It was uploading very slowly (took 6 hours to get to 99%) at which point it stopped at 99% (for 9 more hours).

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would like to get this video up asap.

  I have much better luck uploading videos (especially large ones) as .mp4
