Video Upload Problem

  Trying to upload video from my computer to my media WP library. I open “Media”, the “add new”, then “upload.” I select a video from my computer but it won’t upload.

  May be the file type (video is AVCHD). How do I upload the video? Do I ned to convert it to a different type of file?

  You hit the nail on the head. It is the file type that isn’t working.

  Here is a list of accepted video types you can upload to a WordPress.com site:
