Video Uploading Issue

  Hello! I am trying to upload a video to my site, but I keep getting a message saying ‘Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons’, even though it is an mp4 file and is under 100MB. I’m not sure how to fix this. Can anyone let me know?
