video uploads

  Hello, I have been trying to upload a video for the last week, but have been unsuccessful. I tried to upload the video in 2 formats; wmv and mp3. Neither have worked. The video size is 1.5 GB about 10 mins long. There is no music, except the sound of a busker in the background.
  The video takes a long time to upload ( which is expected) but then fails. Or it fails before finishing the upload. I have tried on a few wifi networks. Can you help please. I want to up video a few more projects but wont if it is too difficult

  What’s the title of the video you are referring to?

  Otherwise please try opening the video in QuickTime player and select “Save for Web” from the File menu and check the “Computer” box.

  The result will be a new movie file, either ending with .m4v or .mp4. Upload this file.
