  I want visitors to my blog to be able to upload their own short videos (less than 30 secs), to make those available to other visitors and to get visitors to register prior to uploading. Can this be done with VideoPress (available on Premium or Business packages?)

  That’s not possible, I’m afraid.

  Your best bet would be to have your contributors upload their videos to YouTube or another service. Then you could create a custom form, and ask them to submit the URLs of the videos they upload.

  You’ll receive those messages, and then can embed those in a post or a page.
