Video uploads :: Enabling embed option but NOT download option.

I upgraded so I can host my films from my WP blog but the option for people to embed my videos on their site also contains an option to download the video?? These two options can not be separated. If I turn on the option to give people an embed code I also activate the ‘download’ option!
What the actual fu**k??
I want traffic to my page, not for people to download the video never to return. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
