Video uploads fail with no information

I have uploaded short mp4 videos to my blog for years. Today, uploads stall/stop without completing with no explanation.

Thank you – I was able to eliminate the problem by clearing my browser (firefox) cache at the advice of a wordpress support person. I guess I should have got direct help before using the forum.
