Video working for some visitors but not all

This is so odd and the first time this has happened. WordPress.com has been great for the last year and we haven’t had an trouble with others viewing our videos until this week.
We have a weekly video tutorial on our blog at http://www.lindastamps.wordpress.com We are hearing from 1/2 of our followers that they cannot get the videos to play but others can. I told them that blogs are quirky, try back again and they give the same response days later. I try to watch them and they are fine – they try and no go.
Anything change lately with how they are run or did we do something wrong?
It is the 2nd video on my front page if you need to look.

I still am having trouble. No one has answered me back yet! Can’t figure out why it is not playing for lots of people? Never had issues before…

What do they see? The video but it will not play? A blank space? Are all the readers who are having problems in the same country? Using the same kind of internet connection? Can they play your old videos with no problem?
I’m on a decent connection, but that video loads very, very slowly for me. I would assume anyone on dialup wouldn’t be able to play it at all.

The people who have told me are all from the US. They see the screen, see play button, push play, nothing happens. Bar looks like it is buffered.
Yes, they could play the old videos just fine. Started happening 3 weeks ago.
No dial up. Not using the same connection. Some firefox, some mozilla, some explorer. We have 2 computers here (one explorer, one mozilla – work fine)

And odd that it loads slow for you. I just tried it and it played in 5 seconds…

Well, it took three minutes to start playing for me. I’m wondering if those people have the same virus scanner or firewall. Norton has caused some problems over the past couple of weeks.
Can they STILL play the old videos fine, or has that changed as well?
I think you may have to contact staff at this point. They’re able to run more tests than I can from here.
