Videoplayer only show embedding code

  The wordpress videoplayer does not show video when clicking from Tag cloud or Category:

  It works fine on the mainpage and on each postings page:

  http://andenes.wordpress.com/

  But clicking from tag cloud:

  http://andenes.wordpress.com/tag/andenes/

  or from category:

  http://andenes.wordpress.com/category/forsvar/

  only show the videoplayers parameter or javascript.

  I use the theme: Digg 3 Column by WP Designer.
  This is a payed subsription.
  I have contacted support, but got no response.

  Any one else had this problem?

  Interesting. Send that as a Support ticket to staff from your Dashboard and they should fix it. I hadn’t noticed that error before.

  Yes, but did you email or did you send it from your Dashboard, because it Does make a difference.

  raincoaster: Twice in the dashboard. And it’s a month ago now. Only got one response. “One of the developers will be looking into it.”

  Since it is a part of the paid upgrade, it’s pretty anoying.

  OH! I get it now!

  What theme are you using? Some themes will show this in local tag/category searches and some will not!

  Which paid upgrade are you referring to? Anyone can embed video in a WP.com blog, as far as I know.

  Okay, I think the deal is: it’s the theme. Some themes will show more, some themes will show less. But this particular theme will show only this much. You might want to take a low traffic day like Tuesday, and test it.

  Certainly a theme specific issue. I have paid upgrade and my videos are showing up fine in Regulus through tag/category links.

  ismailimail: Thank you! They certainly show up fin in Regulus. I have tried several themes and none worked properly, even the sandbox theme failed. The Calendar and Archive widgets have the same problems as tags in those themes.

  Guess I stick with Regulues then ;-)

  @martinkristiansen: In archive pages (= any kind of selected posts: via categories, archives, and so on), several themes show post excerpts, not complete posts. According to staff, in these excerpts all html codes are stripped out.
