  I uploaded a video 3 hours about and was told processing would take 5 minutes. It’s been three hours! Still hasn’t processed. Is this normal?

  It looks like the file failed to encode. Please try uploading it again.

  If that doesn’t work, it may be using a proprietary codec that we can’t decode. Ideally, an MP4 file with H.264 video would be the best.
