with my purchase of the June 21, 2014, invoice no. 6172106, I also bought the service Videopress. the problem is that I do not see the form, and, as often as I go about configuring Videopress, I am asked to make the payment.

    how to fix it?

    Hi Giorgio,

I don’t see a VideoPress purchase on your current account for savonapellet.wordpress.com. Is it possible that you bought the upgrade for another site?

when I paid 15 euro for the domain savonapellet.com, the promotion also included Videopress. In fact, the screen jetpack, alongside Videopress, there is the label: “paid”. if I had the chance to send a screen shot, I’d see.

    Hi there,

Could you take a screenshot and upload it to your Media Library at savonapellet.wordpress.com so I can take a look?

    Hi,

I added 4 screen shots, ss1, ss2, ss3, ss4. from where, it turns out, I’ve already paid two services: Videopress and VaultPress. the domain is savonapellet.liguriapellet.com, which is a sub domain of liguriapellet.com, hosting with Bluehost.

    Hi there!

I see the flags you’re talking about. Those are icons indicating that in order to use that service, you must pay a fee. It does not indicate that you’ve already paid that fee.

Currently I see that you’ve purchased a domain through us, but not VideoPress or VaultPress. You can purchase these services but clicking on those links in Jetpack.

Here’s some information on setting up VideoPress through Jetpack:

    And here’s info on VaultPress:

Let me know if I can help further!

no, it is not, in Italian: “Pagato” means already paid and not, non-paid.

the icon indicates: “Pagato”. which means already paid.

    Hi,

thank you for your explanation, in fact, the translation into Italian left in doubt.

    thank you,

    kind regards.
