VideoPress

I can’t see the stats for VideoPress with the rest of my stats. I do have a premium subscription for alwaysbelieveblog.com. Is there something I need to set somewhere? I’ve been over every section for the past two hours.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi!
You should see the plays on your stats page here:
https://wordpress.com/stats/42958906
Plays will be under the “Video” tab:
Alternatively, you can view them from the classic version of your stats here:
https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?unit=1&blog=42958906
They’ll be under the heading “Video Plays”:

Thanks for the response, Jeremy. When I use your links, I can clearly see the stats, but when I go to my stat pages from my admin page on the blog site, I don’t see any of the video tabs or plays.
-
It doesn’t look like any videos have been played so you wouldn’t see any stats. However, the tabs should be there. Could you take a screenshot of your entire stats page here:
https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?unit=1&blog=42958906
Then, upload that screenshot to your Media Library so I can take a look? Screenshot instructions can be found here:

Jeremy,
I know there have been a lot of video views, but I have no idea how many. I have uploaded three images to my Media Library. One is what I see with your link, the other two are screen shots from my dashboard, as well as WordPress. I had to build them in Photoshop since there’s no way for me to capture the entire length. Thanks so much for your help.

Hi Pam!
I’m not seeing any screenshots uploaded to your Media Library for alwaysbelieveblogdotcom.wordpress.com. Is that where you uploaded the screenshots? Could you try to upload them one more time?
-
I have a feeling we’re looking at two different things. This is where I uploaded them:

Hi!
Sorry for not clarifying. The site at alwaysbelieveblog.com is a self-hosted site so I’m unable to see your site files there. I can only help out/interact with WordPress.com sites. The domain is attached to your site alwaysbelieveblogdotcom.wordpress.com, which is why that URL always redirects to your self-hosted domain.
You should still be able to see your WordPress.com site files here:
http://alwaysbelieveblogdotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin
Can you try uploading the screenshots there so I can see them?

Thanks for uploading those Pam! I’m not 100% sure what the issue is just yet here, but I’ll dig in and get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi Pam!
Sorry for taking so long with this. It looks like your video stats are still appearing on your WordPress.com site stats here:
https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?unit=1&blog=42958906
Those same video play stats should appear here:
https://wordpress.com/stats/alwaysbelieveblogdotcom.wordpress.com
Here’s a snapshot of what I’m seeing at that URL:
Can you let me know if you’re seeing the same thing?
-
Yes, I can see just the VideoPress stats. I can go back in time to see for when I posted the stories with videos. But I can’t see any other stats. It says there are none — when I know that’s not accurate. Is there anyway to get the VideoPress stats onto my stats page?
-
Hi Pam,
The VideoPress stats are linked to your WordPress.com site, since that site has the VideoPress upgrade. That’s the stats page Jeremey mentioned earlier:
https://wordpress.com/stats/alwaysbelieveblogdotcom.wordpress.com
You can see the rest of the stats for your self-hosted site http://www.alwaysbelieveblog.com on this stats page:
https://wordpress.com/stats/www.alwaysbelieveblog.com
You can use the “Switch Site” link in the sidebar on your stats page to switch between those two sites, so you can view the stats for each one. Please let us know if you have any other questions about that!
