Videopress account details – where?

  I had signed up (subscribed?) to Videopress for a few years, but don’t know when I signed up or when and if the subscription expired. Right now I can’t upload or view videos, and can’t find any details about my earlier payments and dates. And if I do sign up and pay, how do I find out the account status for next time? And how do I actually know that I have Videopress active? Is Videopress a “subscription” service?
