VideoPress – Bought it, need it transferred

  Hi There!

  How are you?

  Have Videopress for my public blog, but really need it for my private blog (just discovered it).

  Uploaded diverse videos already.

  Problem: Cannot disable sharing, for am embedding short code in private blog page posts. Need to disable sharing, because of Master Resale Rights none-giveaway policy.

  Need VideoPress entitlement transferred to Private blog: http://thefigsmembers.wordpress.com.

  Need I cancel & refund and re-pay thus losing all uploads, or can support simply transfer access etc. to the other blog?

  Can you help?

  Hi. I believe you’ll need to contact staff directly about this:

  Have done that, and am awaiting the good news. Support seems to take longer than assured below (24/7?). Need to make a decision fast. Lost an entire day of video uploading.

  As macmanx (staff member) said in the link I gave you, “no response estimates are given” and I am a user like you. I have no idea how many other requests are awaiting a response before yours.

  FYI

  This is my final statement about this.

  It is now noon nearly TWO days later, and the “support” to a paying customer has not returned an answer to my first Q, and no answer to a 2nd one I sent them yesterday. Questionable biz practices to say the least.

  Am now at Bluehost and spending all my funds there. They actually respond to Qs

  Have canceled + refunded VideoPress.
