VideoPress clips not playing in Flash player

Hi. I just got the VideoPress upgrade last night, and so far I haven’t had any sustained success with it. I’ve done several variations all with the same result: When I load the clip into a post–or even try to review it in my Media Library–I get a white screen (and the player itself sometimes disappears completely). One time I got the videoclip to play, but it was slow-to-load and not reliably controllable via the slidebar at the bottom of the clip.
Here’s the various ways I’ve loaded the clips–all of which are .mov files, all between 40 and 120mb:
-I loaded 10 files overnight, letting them all sit uploaded for several hours–just to be sure the video had been processed
-I deleted all of them to start from scratch, loading only one a time
-I’ve done this in Firefox and Safari (my browser of choice) with the same resultsInterestingly, when I paste the URL into its own browser window, the clip plays fine in the QT player. Uploads fast. Plays smoothly, which leads me to believe the files I’m uploading are fine. (They’ve been on YouTube in the past and have played smoothly there, too.) It’s only the VideoPress player that’s giving me a problem.
Please help! I really want VideoPress to be the answer to my prayers!

When you delete a file and re-upload it, WP.com sometimes has problems with it, so always change the file name prior to re-uploading. That should prevent ADDITIONAL problems.
As for the problem you’re experiencing, I suspect it may be related to the wide-ranging media upload issues being reported around WP.com in the past two days. I suggest contacting staff directly about this at http://support.wordpress.com/contact
