Videopress crunching…but that's all

  When I upload a video file to Videopress it’s crunching but that’s all – it never completes and never processes.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t see any new videos uploaded since November.

  What is the format of the video you’re trying to upload?

  In the last 48 hrs I’ve tried .m4v .mov and .mp4 each encoded using different methods

  All indicate successful upload and “crunching”
