videopress display embed and share

I have vodpod setup, and I used vodpod to share videos on my site accidentally. I did not want the results. I deleted the share on vodpod and the posts it created on http://animalkingdomcovenant.wordpress.com my site. http://animal… was my site before mapping to http://oliver-clark-ministries.org. Everything worked fine after that. Afte vodpod incedent Admin Media will no longer pitch back the video display with caption image nor share or embed information and is stuck in processing vidoe. All check boxes seem to be checked to allow share and embed in settings media and admin media attach. When I mapped the site do I need to purchase a second videopress as videopress is linked to http://oliver-clark… Or, what could be the problem why my last two videos will not pitch back to me? Seems as after deleting vodpod connection all future videos embed share and display have been cut off some how.

I used vodpod social networks and connected to my own blog. This was not something I wanted. After I deleted the connection all future videos are stuck in ‘video is processing’ black video screen no embed, share information. I think all check boxes in settings media and admin media attach are checked properly. I contacted support about 2/4/2012, but I have not heard anything, so I tried this instead. I am trying to assure myself they will get back to me as soon as they can. Is there any information you can provide me that will relax me?

The files appear to have been uploaded in a proprietary video codec that we can’t transcode.
Would you please use http://www.mirovideoconverter.com/ to convert the files into a more standard format, like MP4?
