videopress does not work in China.I need a refund–just purchased a few days ago

  I purchased videopress for a wordpress.org account that I have. I just purchased it a few days ago and I just tested it in China and it does not work at all in China, so I need to cancel it and get a full refund. It does not work no matter what I tried.
