  Hey, I appreciate your help. You’ve been very generous with your time and effort.

  I’ve looked here and the.org support and can find nothing like this, so something is definitely up.

  I will leave this thread open and follow up when I get a solution.

  @rhymeswithmagic Thanks for including a screenshot earlier. That is very helpful. I reviewed your account and I found that some of the videos have an incorrect path. This is due to a problem that happened on our side. It affected a limited set of users, and the source of the issue has already been fixed (so uploading new videos right now should not have any problems). Now it looks like some of the paths also need to be fixed. We are working on that and we’ll keep you posted on progress. This means that if you don’t do anything, the videos should start working again as soon as we can make that happen.

  In the mean time, if you don’t want to wait for the fix, you should be able to upload the video again and it should work properly.
