VideoPress HD

I am attempting to create a VideoPress HD slideshow using Keynote software — which produces a Quicktime Movie or MP-4. Although I have tried both 1920 x 1080 and 1280 x 720 templates producing a very crisp QT movie and MP-4 and the resulting VideoPress upload does show an HD button, the image quality is still not HD quality in full screen. I’m sorry you did not tell me you had already contacted Staff about this issue. Once you have filed a support ticket it’s given a number and is in the queue for Staff. I could be wrong but my understanding is filing a second ticket is not going to result in anything more than two tickets in the queue with different ticket numbers for the same issue.

Oops! I sorry I didn’t know that and wondered if it got through! Well, I haven’t heard anything either way. It’s been about a week since I submitted the first note…I’ll be patient. Thanks, timethief.

Thanks, that’s good advice, and if I missed a reply from Staff, I do apologize. I do check my spam folders and haven’t found anything there so far.
