Hello there,
You are using the Greyzed theme and the maximum display with in posts is 648 pixels. http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/07/23/maximum-image-width/From the videopress support documents
http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/
http://support.wordpress.com/videos/Our video player intelligently selects the best quality video, depending on the embed width. For example, if the player embed width is 400 px, it will play the standard format video. If the embed width is 640 px, and if the DVD quality video is available, the player will play the DVD quality video. If HD quality video is available, user can click HD button to select and play it. HD is best viewed in full screen mode.
It’s possible that you have a a browser issue. Have you tried these? >
1. Some issues that you encounter with your WordPress.com blog or account can be solved by changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ The instructions for specific browsers are found here > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=320502. Some issues can be resolved by using another browser? If you haven’t tried another one then I suggest that you do.
3. Some issues can be caused by not updating your Flash. You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.
If the HD button doesn’t show up for you after you have gone through those troubleshooting techniques, then at least your thread will be on the front page of the forum where another Volunteers may be able to step in and help you.
Best wishes for a happy ending. :)

Thanks for replying. It shows up now. Just took awhile. Maybe it just needed to fully process. Now only if the flash player was smooth. Even with good compression setting with my output it still is jumpy on my intel mac tower with cable modem. Best play comes from downloading the file as quicktime then playing. But not bad
Thank you again
Josh
