Videopress never stops crunching

  I have paid for videopress but uploads never stop crunching. I have tried a bunch of different files, followed all the procedures outlined but no luck.
  I want to get a refund if it doesn’t work I have another day to get this, but thought I would see if there are any solutions first.
  I can see on forums this is a common problem but it doesn’t look like there is a solution

  Hi there – what types of video files have you tried to upload and what size are the files?

  Can you please try to upload one in a different browser than your primary browser, to rule out any possible browser-related issue? Let me know if that makes any difference.

  Hi Thanks for this,
  I have uploaded the file through Safari, it wouldn’t work with the latest firefox.
  The only problem now is that is plays when I preview the page, but when I just go into my website, the page that has the videopress file on it wont load.
  I have tried uploading both a mp4 and a mov file & neither pages load.
  One file was 16mb and the other was 28mb

  They both play just fine for me, in both Chrome and Firefox.
