VideoPress not loading player

I’ve uploaded 2 videos to private pages on our site. They are workshops that people purchase. The videos elsewhere on the site are working, but when I insert the shortcode for the these 2 videos, the player doesn’t show up on the page, just the shortcode. Any help? I can’t for the life of me figure out why it’s not working.

Id you are referring to a free blog being free hosted by WordPress.com then please contact Staff directly with your issue. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ You might also consider removing the link to that blogspot blog from your WordPress.com username so we aren’t clicking into an irrelevant site.
